Your items will be specially made according to your order then be shipped from our facility within 3-5 business days.
Shipping time might vary from 7-10 days for Standard Shipping or 4-6 days for Express Shipping.

3. Return Policies:

Because of the customized nature of Products, we only allow cancellations, refunds, or exchanges within 24 hours after placing order.
If, upon receipt of your finished Product, you feel that your order was incorrect due to an error on our part, please email us within 30 days of your purchase date.
Claims are handled on a case-by-case basis. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
